Toshiba Satellite C855-S5111 shuts off after 30 seconds.

I have a bit of a problem.

I noticed my laptop (which is used as a web server) was running at ridiculously hot temperatures(90C!), so I replaced the thermal paste and cleared out dust. After all that is done it starts shutting down after about 30 seconds. The screen is completely non functional, so I can't see any error codes, and there is no external video output.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

You may have not re-installed the heatsink properly.

I have found the problem. The heat sink was fine, but the RTC Battery notification was shutting it down after no response.
