Toshiba satellite L505 hdd password

Hello,when i switch on the laptop,a black screen is displayed with a blue panel requesting for hdd or ssd password. the option of removing the board battery has been tried but didnt

It's a BIOS password. You'll have to call Toshiba and ask them to clear it. You'll need to provide proof of ownership as well before they help you with it.
