toshiba satellite L50T-B how do I access bios (bought new Apr 2015 directly from Toshiba)

I have booted holding:
F2 key (FN + F2)
F12 key (FN + F12)
Esc Key
F5 key (FN + F5)

none brought up anything but Win 8.1 screens
I am not using passwords
 
Solution
Your problem is the computer does not completely turn off it goes to sleep/hibernation state when you power off.
You need to go to control panel, select power options, then, looking at you power plan settings you will see a box down the bottom saying turn on fast start up, which will be ticked you need to un-tick it.
Then your laptop will completely shut down you'll be able to access bios.
