Toshiba Satellite L55-b5267 locked with initial boot password

hello there, i have a toshiba satellite L55-b5267 and it's boot is locked with a password. i remember i was the one that put the password but i've tried everything and i cant remember. i've tried using the `Toshiba` backdoor password but it doesn't work. is there by any chance any way of bypassing the initial boot password prompt? i've also tried holding down shift as the laptop boots up but that didn't work either... i really need this laptop since my newer one broke and i need to get some documents done... thank you in advance to anyone that can help.
