Recently my grandmas hard drive, running windows 7 crashed, it was not backed up or anything. I replaced it with an older laptops hard drive running windows vista. The problem is that the laptop doesnt seem to be compatible with vista i cannot get on access the internet. I searched on the toshiba website for drivers and there are only ones for windows 7 & 8. Dont know what to do, so any help at all is much appreciated.

download the bootable iso. use the key from the satellite to install windows 7.

Tried what you said and everything seemed to be working until i got an error saying windows could not start the installation process. Any idea what i should do about that?
