Toshiba satellite L730

Hello I have a Toshiba satellite L730 motherboard that was powering up the fan would go but nothing else. I tried to reflow the gpu but now the motherboard shows no signs of power and the charger light flashes green when I plug it into the motherboard.
Can anyone please help provide a solution to this problem?

It sounds like the board is gone. Did you use the 'baking method' to reflow it? (One thing to remember is that any reflow, no matter how homebrew or how professional, is hit or miss.)
