I would like to know if i can add a ssd drive additionally to my toshiba satellite laptop C50 a569 apart from the default 1TB HDD ? (I would like to know if there is any separate additional slot for it)

Hi

Since you have a dvd drive you can buy a adapter which replaces the dvd drive with any 2.5" sata drive
You would need to check the bios to see if it can boot off a hdd in the dvd bay

You need to remove the dvd drive to measure its thickness to ensure you buy the correct adapter

Then you can get a usb dvd drive if you still need one
