Question Toshiba satellite M50-A-11E fan problem

Hi all,

some days ago I broke my laptop fan wire. Today I've just got a new one, but it doesnt work properly. It turns on at the beginning and turns off after a few seconds. Sometimes it turns on at 70-85ºC for a few seconds, but its not constant. And when it turns on it does only at high speed, I remember my last fan used to turn on at lower temperatures than 60 with low speed, but the new one doesnt.

I've tried to search for a fan program but none of them detect it.

Its a Toshiba satellite M50-A-11E with windows 10.

Did you get an exact replacement?

Supposedly Its the same, but I've just seen that the current of the new one is 0.4A and the last one is 0.5A and circuit wires position is different too, the new one has red-yellow-empty spot-black and the last one has red-empty spot-yellow-black. I'm searching if it matters but I dont get a good conclusion.
