Question Toshiba Satellite Radius E45W-C4200X boot menu

Sorry if I sound ignorant but I need to access the bios of my Toshiba Satellite Radius E45W-C4200X. It runs windows 10 1903. I have tried booting and hitting F1, F2, F12. I would highly appreciate the advice of my knowledgeable friends.
