Toshiba Satellite Radius Screen replacement

I am looking to replace the screen on my Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-B5220, but after looking online I am unsure if I need the digitizer glass panel and an lcd screen replacement.

The screen is cracked with parts of the screen blacked out where there are cracks.

If there is parts blacked out, you will need both, the Digitizer Glass Panel and the LCD screen replacement. The blacked out parts are defects in your LCD screen.

This is unfortunately a very costly repair.

This isn't for the same model. Since they are not identical, I cannot be sure it fits physically. The connector is the correct one, but the screws and tabs might be wrong.
It might be worth a try, given the correct panel is quite high priced:

I highly suggest opening your LCD screen and verifying all your part numbers before ordering anything.
