Solved! Toshiba satellite S70t-A

when trying to power on my laptop the screen doesn’t come on but my keyboard will light up for about 5 seconds and then beep once and shut off and will just keep repeating it. But laptop itself will not power on. But you can hear it wanting to though. Please help!!! Thank you!!

Hey, great data gathering. Based on the information you provided. The following should help. If your beeping is a long or short beep, please specify.

• 1 beep - DRAM refresh failure. There is a problem in the system memory or the motherboard.

If your familiar with removing some screws. Warning if your comfortable, take it to a friend or local technician.

Step 1: Remove the back Cover panel, gain access to the ram slots.
Step2a: Remove one Ram stick.
Step2b: Boot Computer
Step2c: if it still has 1 beep. Repeat 2a,2b
Step3: Make sure you try switch slots as well.
Step4: Very your beep code.
