Hi guys,

I have been struggling with my laptop quite a few days/weeks and I still got no solution for my dillema. My laptop (TOSHIBA Satelitte) really slowed down (suddenly)
I didn't recently upgrade to Windows 10, it's been a while.
I have updated all of my drivers (I guess they're all up-to-date, since I have deleted and downloaded again a billion times)

There is this program called Speccy and HWMonitor, both displayed my AMD graphic card at 511 degrees temperature.
I tried to clean my fans with a vacuum, but without any success (it's still slow).
I used 4 spyware/malware programs to clean my laptop.

The slowness gets in why I try to play games (League of Legends, Counter-strike CS:GO)
I could play these games without any problem first, but now it's really slow.

You can see here my specs

Hi,

Did you also applied a new thermal paste when you cleaned out your laptop? That would surely help in terms of cooling it down. But also do try these troubleshooting steps after you change the thermal paste.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics card driver.
- Open Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics as well.
- Download and install the latest driver form the manufacturers website.
- Here's the link: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot your laptop once installed.
- If all these doesn't work, consider getting a cooling pad to help in cooling down your laptop.

What exactly do you mean with applying a new thermal paste?
