I've got a Toshiba Satellite E45T B4204 Ultrabook running Windows 10. When the laptop goes into sleep mode by either time or shutting the lid I lose the touchpad function when I wake up the laptop. It's like it has been turned off. I used to have to restart the laptop and the touchpad would function again. That is not working anymore. Restarting does not enable the touchpad. I've had to plug in an external mouse for now. Searching the internet has suggested making sure the touchpad is enable via the keyboard with a function key. This doesn't do anything. I've also searched for drivers on the toshiba website but they don't list a specific driver for the touchpad. I've reinstalled the system drivers hoping the touchpad is included. No luck yet. I can't find a driver anywhere that is made for this laptop. Anybody have any suggestion?
