Solved! toshiba smart tv stuck on black screen when turned on

When I plug it up the red lite come on but won't power on

Try to plug it in a different socket or socket from the wall. If it's still not turning on, contact your manufacturer for further checking because it is possible that board might have an issue or needs replacement for some of its parts.
