Got brand new A45-S151. The Toshiba splash screen has some icons that will let
you decide where to boot from (floppy, CD etc.) However the screen is only up
for an instant. Is there anywhere that I can set it to stay up for 5 or 6
seconds before the XP Home Edition screen comes on?

I checked the BIOS and the boot order is HD, FD, CD.... but it does not seem
to work. I can only boot from CD if I choose one of the icons on the
splash... and it goes away very quickly.

Thanks,

Al

Hold down the F12 key when powering up. The boot device selection icons
will stay there forever or until you select a device using the cursor keys
and the enter key. My 5205 is the same way.

I found that you can hold the right arrow key down and it works as well.
