Toshiba stuck at Leading Innovation screen

Hi I had a unmounting boot error, and i tried to create a ios fire through USB, i tried i changed the bio so it can boot from the usb which it never booted. Then after a while it is stuck at the Toshiba Leading Innovation screen with no loading circle. I have tried pressing zero but it goes to hard drive recovery but i chose yes and no but neither one did anything.
