Does anyone know toshiba uk or global support email?

My Bluetooth works fine on every device like my speaker or my phone bud I recently bought a Bluetooth mouse and it Bluetooth V4 and it does find it and pair with it but my mouse doesn’t work and in Device manager an item adds with the name “Bluetooth low energy GATT compliant HID device” that said This device cannot start. (Code 10) , I tried fresh windows installation and installed latest bios and latest BT driver , didn’t work
Is there any solution?[
