Toshiba T135 Having Start Up Problem

I have Toshiba T135 And It Won't Power On If I Press The Power Button! But I Can Hear The Fan Sound And Then Screen Is Blank! Sometimes It Manage To Open Until the Log Screen And Blank I Don't Know What Hardware Has Been Damaged Need Some Solution !!

I Tried But It Refuse To Open And When I Off It Using The Power Button I Can Hear A Sound Like Tkk!
