Toslink to Coaxial Converter.

My HT Philips HTS5520 does not have a optical in but a coax in and my ps3 has an optical out.
So to solve this problem, is it enough to buy a "Digital Optical Audio Toslink To Coax Coaxial Digital Audio Format Converter"?? from
