Toslink to Coaxial recommendaitons

I bought a x-fi titanium was a huge upgrade for me. The only digital connection it has tho is a Toslink so I picked up a fiber optic and noticed that my receiver doe snot have one =( Any converation recommendations. I was looking at this. Do you think any quality will be lost?
