tracing off my tablet

how to i make the screen not move (size wise) when im tracing a picture off my tablet

The screen moves because you are touching it. It would only stop if the touch was not working, which then would mean you couldn't use the tablet. Try drawing whatever it is without tracing, which would not require you touch the screen. Or, copy the image to a computer and do what you are doing using the computers monitor (as long as it isn't a touchscreen as well).
