Transfer data from zr-5800 to android phone

Hello,
How can I transfer all the data in my Sharp ZR-5800 phone to an Android phone (probably Thunderbolt). I do not want to co-mingle the Address books. Any help you can give me will be very much appreciated

You can bring both phones to the nearest store that your carrier operates and they can transfer everything over for you.
