Transfer phone numbers from old SIM to my contacts

My old SIM AIRTEL number has
my old contscts how can I move
them to my new contacts from RELIANCE?

You can export your contacts to a file from the old SIM card and import into new phone. This is from Samsung site, but about the same procedure can be done in any phone.
