Transferring books from a Laptop to an IPAD

Is it possible to transfer books from a laptop that were downloaded from torrents into an IPad?

Honestly, You may not get much help around here talking about Torrents. That being Said lets say they were legal free books you torrented. It is possible to put them on your Ipad. Calibre is a great Ebook manager that you put on your computer. Calibre Will import your Legal books into Itunes for you as well. I would start there.

Reminder though, please make sure what you are torrenting is legal.
