$715, for 6 boards, 6 keys each. 36 keys.
So If I did want to build a 104 key system, that's $2,065?

Yeah, OK....

Wow. Horrible idea. Too tall, looks like it would move around constantly, and that price point? Totally useless. I whined in several Steam machine threads about manufacturers attempting to fool all of us into smaller and smaller subsets of products as if we need them. This takes the cake. I have NEVER heard of someone saying; "Damn, I would really love this keyboard if only it had few less keys."

I was almost for this idea, i understood it at least, up until i reached the price of $99 for a six key keyboard. Better off with one of those gamer pad things, i would guess the macros or extra buttons are customizable (i never used one), and those look immensely more comfortable than a 3 inch high, anti-ergonomic "keyboard"

99 dollars was the early backer price. The actual price is $139 for 6 keys / $715 for 36.

This is a good idea, but not a practical innovation to anything already on the market.

Plenty of alternatives out there that won't cost you an arm and a leg. I have no idea who the audience is for this.
