Trouble activating phone

I bought a Samsung Galaxy s5 from Amazon but it didn't come with a SIM card.my issue is that my carrier Straight talk needs the last 4 digits of the original SIM card.is there some way or somewhere I can find out this information?

No, no way to know. But why are they asking that? I don't know of any carrier that should care or would need to know what the old SIM card was.
