TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING SOUND IN NOTEBOOK

I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PEOPLE IS SAYING ON ANY VIDEO OR AUDIO I AM HEARING, THE SOUND, IS SOUNDING AS IF YOU ARE SLOWING DOWN
THE SPEED OF THE VOICE, YOU KNOW THE PEOPLE IS TALKING BUT YOU COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

Try uninstalling and re-installing the audio driver, also run Windows Update to make sure you are up-to-date with any patches there.
