Hi everyone I'm having quite alot of trouble with my ASUS laptop its a k56cm laptop running windows 8
When i turn the laptop on it goes to different things it either boots to Asus logo with please wait then black blank screen or goes to automatic repair blank screen then a blue screen with a sad face saying "your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart" thats all i could see as it only pops up for about 2 seconds then restarts and goes back to the ASUS logo screen then blank screen,
When it doesn't load onto ASUS logo screen it goes str8 to bios setting "Aptio setup utility" where I'm not able to change anything besides system time and date not even under the boot tab am i able to change anything.
Iv tried the f9 to refresh or repair but all i get is a windows logo and please wait then black blank screen.
Please if anyone know what to do please help i don't have warranty in case anyones asks i just really need this laptop To work as i need it for school i don't mind if every gets deleted and have to start from scratch.
The laptop was my brothers so i don't know what was installed before this happened.
And please be nice as I'm not that great with computers lol
