Troubleshooting my lcd tv screen

Hello,
i have a problem with my SHARP LC-22L50M(B), when i plug it in, it automatically on then off and changes the channels and the AV1 to AV2 then PC and on and on.. and there's a straight line on the screen then it will turn off and on again..
