Hello community,
I am looking forwards to encrypt my 1TB external hard drive, using Truecrypt. Right now I am formating my external hard drive, so using this time to ask a question. I am planning to use either AES or AES-Twofish encryption, with Whirlpool as hash. Is AES secure enough? I am not looking forward to those triple Cascades encryption, like AES-Twofish-Serpent or the other way around, it's just simply overpowered and will slow my external HDD down. So between those two, AES or AES-Twofish, what would you choose and why?
