Trying to bring up the inspect element menu so I can change HTML code in my browser

I don't believe you can do that on a phone. In a computer browser like say Firefox you can right click and choose 'view page source' but I don't believe the browsers on phones have the capacity to view them that way. To be honest, even if they did, it would be a serious hassle and a royal pain to try and view all the code on a phone screen. You would be better off trying to do this on a computer.
