Trying to connect two receivers together

I have a jvc model 4vr-5426x the receiver doesn't work can I connect with another to get radio station

Which part of your receiver does not work?
Why you would need second one - most receivers already have radio tuners?

If the receiver works but the radio part doesn't you can connect a tuner to it. If you have another receiver and it has a tape record output you can use that connection to the other receiver to use the tuner section of that receiver.
