Trying to Find A replacement Power adaptor

Solution

Ohhh. Hmm. That's gonna be a tough one as I think you'll need to remove the outer shell to get into the inside. That's something I can't help you with on that. My only suggestion is to take it to a repair shop.

You'll have to make sure of the Adapter at the end, however the 120W is correct.

Here's a link to the HP Forums about this. http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Hardware-Upgrades-Replacements/120w-adapter-on-dv6-7014NR/td-p/1701751

Thanks for the response, however, I actually found something else:
so it turns out that its not the adapter that is broken, but the power jack in the laptop.
However, I cannot seem to find the right power jack.
It's a ten pin connector, but I can't tell if it shares the same pinout as other 10 pin connectors from other HP laptops (ie don't want to plug a different model 10 pin connector into my mainboard, and then end up frying it).
Anyone know where I can get one that will work, or can verify a compatible pinout?
