I think you're having a UEFI Bios and you're seeing the Basic Screen. You need to get to the Advanced settings screen to access Boot Menu and do more tweaking to your settings. If that is the case, let me tell you how to do it.
If my guess is right, there is an Exit button on the Top right side of the BIOS screen. On clicking that, you'll get a number of options, which includes
Advanced Settings Option.Click that and you'll be taken to the advanced settings screen. There, you'll see some tabs on the screen, among which is the
Boot tab.Under the boot tab, you'll see options like first boot device, second boot device and so on...Also,there maybe another option below that which says,
Boot Override.Under boot override,if you see your USB's name, click that and your system will boot from the USB. If it's not present, you'll need to select the Removable Media(Or your USB stick's name) as the first boot device. Then select the SSD as the second boot device. Then save the settings and exit BIOS.The installation will begin. And,note by,
In between the installation, the system will restart, and during that restart, you need to get to the BIOS again and make your SSD the first boot device,or your system will boot with USB stick and the installation will restart again. Then save the BIOS and exit. The OS installation will resume booting up with SSD ...Good luck...
