Trying to Purchase a laptop

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a reliable laptop that can run multiple browsers with flash. I honestly don't know whats good enough since my current laptop keeps crashing. My budget is roughly 400-500.

even on my 6600k opening 4 browsers with flash games sticks it at 100%

though doesnt crash it

the sooner every one moves to html5 and dumps flash altogether the better really
