Trying to reset to factory settings

I haven't updated anything, I wanted to reset my laptop to factory settings and it's been on 10% or like 20 minutes! What do I do??

Hi,

If it will continue for another 10 minutes more I would suggest to try to do another factory reset with it. If your laptop comes with a factory reset disc please do try using it instead. If even using a factory reset will result to the same problem the problem may lie in the HDD of your laptop already.

Let it run for awhile, it could take minutes or hours
