Can anyone recommend a tuner that I can connect to my Samsung soundbar.Can you play a music source with wi-fi without using Samsung Multi App?

If the soundbar has an analog aux input you can connect any AM/FM tuner.
You might consider using an Amazon Echo Dot or Input instead. Those have internet radio apps that will allow you to access all your local stations and others from all over the world without an antenna and for less money.
