Is this tools and another boost pc software really do waht they said?, or just make your pc remove some "useless" services but when you need this "useless" functions them begins a nightmare?

Short answer is "no", almost all "speed up your PC" utilities do nothing, or even slow down your computer. If you think your PC is slower than it should be, find a computer tech (not your friend that knows how to download music, but a real comptuer person) and have them check on the PC.
