Turn off Screen Lock - Galaxy S4

Before anyone posts something unhelpful.

I know where the Settings > My Device > Lock Screen options are.

I enter my password. And ALL options are grayed out except to change my password.

I want to select "None." But it won't let me.

Someone might have tried to open it with wrong pin/pattern.
Just change your password and that shall work

Have you tried changing your password to nothing/blank?

What if even clear credentials is grayed out? I can only change password can't click on pattern or anything.
