Turtle Beach Z22 not working with USB 3.0

I'm having an issue with a Turtle Beach Z22 headset not working with my USB 3.0, as it only works on the USB 2.0 ports on my laptop. The problem is that my 3.0 port is the only USB on the left side of the laptop next to the audio jack, while the 2.0 ports are both on the right side. Is there anything I can do so it'll work on the USB 3.0? I did look for an upgrade through the device manager, but it said the headset is up to date. Also, whenever I have the headset plugged into the 3.0 port and right click the properties in the device manager, it says this: http://gyazo.com/be1156d4a0e4f565b11be2264b96a03d
