Hi,

I'm buying a new TV after 10 years and I need a little help.

Here are my requirements:
- budget: around 300$
- size: 32'' (or bigger if it can fit the budget)
- picture quality - highest relevance
- sound quality - decent speakers, with at least some bass, so it doesn't sound like a smartphone
- smart features - none. Don't need them. The TV will be connected to a pc with xbmc media center all the time
- 3D - don't need it
- DVB-T2 tuner

I have a dilemma about HD ready vs Full HD. Initially I was looking only the FullHD models, but on that screen size is it really worth the money? I would still prefer FullHD, but if there is a HD ready model for the same budget with "better" picture quality (colors, blacks...) I would buy it.

The screen will be used as TV (mostly SD quality channels) and for the xbmc media center from the PC. In xbmc I watch everything online (mostly 720p quality, some SD and some 1080p but not too much). So it is important that is has good picture when playing lower quality sources.

Any recommendations? I was looking as a lot of reviews, but most of them take all the "unneeded" features into consideration (smart, 3d...). I just need a tv with good picture quality, decent sound and a dvb-t2 tuner... nothing else.

It's worth the money if you are in a tight space, if you are far enough away from your TV, you cannot see the difference in terms of quality (HD ready/Full HD), in which case a 720 but larger would be a good buy, but because you decided you want a full HD (from what I understand). And I agree with you, a lot of unnecessary features one rarely need are being added into lower end models..

My recommendations (all 1080)
