If the only audio output your TV has is ARC then you could use one of these

to provide a signal for the soundbar and a BT transmitter that can pair with two speakers. Most will only pair with one.

If the TV has optical audio out you could split that an connect both the soundbar and BT transmitter that way.
There are some potential problems here.
1. You won't get surround sound and the BT speakers volume will have to be adjusted every time you change the volume of the soundbar.
2. You won't get stereo since each speaker will be mono. You would need a stereo pair one of which has the BT receiver built in.
3. The sound will likely be worse of the soundbar and speakers are in the same room. There may also be a delay on the BT speakers that would cause an annoying echo.
