Question TV audio with bluetooth hearing aids and TCL TV speaker simultaneously

I have a TCL 4K HDR TV (model 55S40) and I connect my bluetooth hearing aids to the TV's audio through a Roku app on my iphone and that works great! When I connect my hearing aids to the TV's audio however, the TV speakers shut off and no one else in the room can hear the program. (BTW, I straem all programs and don't yet have a sound bar added to the TV.)
My question is, what products do I need to add to have audio output to my hearing aids and speakers simultaneously?
