tv channels continually scroling.

my tv stays on one channel but the blue bar at the bottom of the screen, that shows what sky channel is showing is constantly scrolling through all channels and is always showing on the screen,all ideas welcome thanks.

Take out the batteries on the remote, and also do a reset on the cable box. If it's an issue with the remote being bad, issue will stop once the batteries are out of it.
