TV Display Problem (Green lines)

My tv has been having problems for about a year now, and I'm finally ready to work on it or pay for a fix (or just get a new tv). I don't quite know how to describe it, so here's a picture. Does anyone have any idea where to begin on this? It's not input specific, I've tried them all (analog and digital) Thanks in advanced!

I gather you're not a TV technician. The problem will be inside the TV.

Could be just a ribbon cable not connecting properly. Or it could be you need a replacement main board.
