TV/DVD Combi suddenly playing in black and white

Hello gang,

I have a JMB JTC0119002P/01 television which is a TV/DVD combi which has suddenly started playing all of my DVDs in black and white. The television itself is only used for the DVD player and does not have an aerial or any other input/output cables since the DVD player is inbuilt. I have no idea how this happened, last night it was working fine and now this. I have looked around the televiisons settings but there doesn't seem to be any reset/factory reset option? I have also consulted google for either a way to reset the television or to find a manual but I have failed on both parts. Any ideas on how to reset the TV or anything I should try? New cables aren't an option because the DVD player is inbuilt.

I know that the following are not the same model as the TV you have but usually a manufacturer will have relatively similar menu systems and remote control layouts.

That being said take a look at the manuals I found here if you didn't come across them already:

Considering that your model is a TV/DVD combo unit then in particular I would be looking at the following manual first to see if it gives you any ideas as it is also referencing a TV/DVD combo unit by the same manufacturer.

In particular, under the sections Remote Control (p13), Picture Menu (p17) and Setup Menu (p21) which has a very small section contained within it mentioning Reset to default ... Reset Menu System:

Here's hoping this helps out a bit cause I can't find an exact manual for your product anywhere either and I also don't own one my friend.
