Solved! tv has stopped playing channel 7

Hi all, we got a smart tv for my gran and installed it about 3 weeks ago. It has been fine till yesterday, when she went to put it on channel 7 and it said 'no antenna'. All the other channels are still working, but none of the channel 7 ones are. She lives in Wynnum which is only about 20km out of Brisbane CBD. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

moved to Home Theater board from Systems
