How to connect my Samsung led TV with HDMI (no arc) and without optical out (only audio out by 3.5mm jack) to 2.1 CH soundbar which has arc, optical and co-axial

Solution
Post doesn't mention a PC so those options may not exist.
If by coaxial input on the soundbar you mean a single RCA digital audio connection then you would need one of these to convert the stereo analog out of the TV to digital

If it is 2 RCA jacks you would need a cable with a stereo mini plug at one end and 2 RCA plugs at the other.
Turn off the TV speakers (if the TV output is a headphone jack it may do this when you plug in the connector). The TV volume may control the level of the input going to the soundbar so don't set it high enough to overload the input of the soundbar...
