I have a brand new UN40KU6300FXZA samsung 40" 4k smart tv.
While watching netflix, my tv will go black for a second at a time. I won't lose any audio, just video. It happens up to a few times a minute but sometimes only once or twice an hour. I have tried messing with every setting possible for the tv but nothing remedies the problem.
I think it might be blacking out when netflix changes the video quality ie 480p>720p
