smart tvs are made for the internet connection , why else you need a smart TV ?

If you dont want internet browser just dont use it. or dont connect the TV to the internet at all.

What exactly do you want? You want a smart TV but one that doesn't need an internet connection to work.

Most any smart feature needs to communicate. If I want to access any smart feature on my TV it needs an internet connection. Registration is also sometimes required to use certain features.

Most of them don't have browsers but instead have apps like Netflix and Youtube on them.

Not sure what you want so I can't offer anything.

Please reread the OP question. He didn't said on internet connection, just no internet browser.
Only using the included apps.

@cliffordjroberts83 is RGD1101 right? I thought you meant browser but some people call their PC a CPU. If you want a browser free TV you can choose pretty much any smart TV on the market. Please offer a budget and which online retailer you will be buying this from.
